Senhoa Jewellery was established in 2011 as a social enterprise in Cambodia with the goal of protecting vulnerable women and survivors of human trafficking and exploitation through skills training, safe and secure employment and a living wage.
Timeless and distinctive, each piece of Senhoa jewellery is individually handcrafted by our artisans. Each collection born out of a desire to provide women with high end accessories that not only look beautiful but are made ethically and with integrity. We believe that conscious consumerism can positively impact the world and its people. Accessorising has become more than a compliment to a woman’s wardrobe and beauty - it is now a channel through which a woman can make a statement of what she believes in.
At Senhoa, we believe that access to dignified and safe employment is one of the most powerful armours to protect women from exploitation and human trafficking. Artisans are provided with a fair wage, health benefits, access to education and a comprehensive life skills curriculum.
We are proud to say that Senhoa turned 5 years old in 2015. To celebrate we produced this short film showing all the work we've been doing and to highlight the real story behind the jewellery and what inspires us in our daily lives.
